REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because of the limited availability of our tour openings, we will authorize your credit card for 100% of the full cost of the driving package at the time of booking. However, we understand things come up. If you need to cancel your appointment we will allow you to move your appointment or bank your reservation for up to one full year from the date of purchase. You must notify us 24 hours ahead of your appointment to receive a credit towards a future tour. If you no-show at the time of your reservation without notifying us at least 24 hours ahead of time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total driving experience cost. We do not offer refunds for canceled reservations.

There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy.

WEATHER POLICY

Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather, but we try to be understanding and flexible when the weather isn’t cooperating with us. In the event of a weather cancellation, you will have one year from the purchase date to reschedule for an alternate date. We do not offer refunds due to bad weather. 

DELAY’S

We do our very best to work with our customers and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your driving experience. Due to the nature of our business we do have days where we run into delayed start times. These delays are usually due to traffic or incidents that are out of our control. If a delay occurs that is over an hour past the reserved start time, we will allow you to reschedule your tour within one year from the purchase date. We do not offer refunds due to delays.


MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN

In the event we experience a break down or mechanical failure to the reserved vehicle for your tour, we will allow you to reschedule your tour within one year from the purchase date. We do not offer refunds due to mechanical breakdowns.

GIFTCARDS/VOUCHERS

All gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. From time to time, we may offer vouchers through various third party websites. Those companies provide various expiration periods. Please refer to their guidelines for redemption rules and voucher expiration. We do not offer refunds for gift cards/voucher purchases.

PROMOTIONAL RATES

We do allow promotional stacking of discounts. Advertised sales cannot be applied to pre-paid gift cards or drive packages that have been previously purchased.
